Step 1 : Prepare Materials
Cut stamps from envelopes leaving a small margin and soak in water until stamps float to the surface. Dry them picture side down on a tea towel.

Step 2 : Get artistic
Cut tear drops (or other desired shape) from old cardboard or old magazine covers using a scalpel.
|
|
Step 3 : Combine and finish!
Glue stamps to cardboard, the with a sharp needle and thread thread a hole through the top of the cardboard and attach to an earring base.
